How do I cancel an Order? How do I return Non Faulty Items?
The UK Distance Selling Directive gives you the right to cancel a contract of purchase for any item within 14 working days of receipt. This applies to all our products. Oh! Zone does not compensate for any costs incurred in cancelling items.
If you wish to return unused and unwanted item/s, please notify us by e-mail within seven days of receiving your order, quoting your name, order reference number and reason for return. Upon receiving your email we will contact you with your Return Reference Number (RRN). We aim to process all returns within seven days of them being received. We reserve the right to reject items returned without an issued RRN.
Once the RRN has been issued and to minimise delays on processing the return/refund by us, please send the item/s with all warranty cards, manuals, etc in the original sealed packaging and include a copy of the original invoice writing the RRN on a visible place and send to:

Oh! Zone can not be held responsible for items that are lost in transit, we strongly recommend you return the item/s using Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery service.
You will be contacted by Oh! Zone as soon as your return has been received and processed. Once again, for your own protection, we strongly recommend returning your item/s via Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery. Oh! Zone regrets that post and packing charges can not be refunded. If you are returning an item because of an error by us, we will refund the original delivery cost and any reasonable costs incurred by you in returning the item/s to us. In all other circumstances, you will be solely responsible for these charges and any other service charges involved in your original order (I.e gift wrapping, postage and packing).
Due to hygiene reasons Oh! Zone can not accept returns of adult toys, creams, lubricants, massage oils or condoms if they original packaging have been opened or tampered with.
Please Note: If our customers change their minds regarding a dispatched order under the value of £35 or decide to return non-faulty items and claim a refund, Oh! Zone will apply a restocking fee by deducting £1.25 per each item returned. If the order is over the value of £35 a flat fee of £2.95 will be deducted off the total amount to be refunded. Oh! Zone takes these actions to cover processing costs, packaging and postage.
Free gift offers and our P&P costs will be accounted for if returned goods takes the order value below the free offer level. The value of free offer goods and a restocking fee will be deducted from any refund that may be due. To avoid refund deductions please return any free and unused offer goods with your returns if your order value will drop below the free offer level. I.e. When a customer spends over £60 and receives a free gift worth £9.95, if the order is cancelled or returned with out the free gift, the amount to be credited by Oh! Zone would be £47.10 (£9.95 Free Gift + £2.95 Restocking Fee).
If a parcel is returned to us by the Royal Mail due to the addressee failing to collect it, Oh! Zone will contact the purchaser to confirm a re-delivery. To cover our cost, we will charge £2.95 for this service or we will refund the cost of the ordered goods minus £2.95 (£6.95 if sent by Special Delivery) if the customer would rather not have the order resent.

How do I return Faulty Items?
If you are returning a faulty product to us, please notify us by e-mail to obtain a RRN and instructions of how to return the product to us. When contacting us please describe the product's fault and whether you would like a replacement product, a different item or a full refund. We guarantee all our non-consumable products for three months from the date of purchase.
We reserve the right to reject items returned without a RRN issued by Oh! Zone. Certain items may have additional guarantees from the manufacturer, please do not hesitate to e-mail us for details.
You will be contacted by Oh! Zone once the item has been received. Once again, for your own protection, we strongly recommend returning your item/s via Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery.
If the item is faulty we will be more than happy to refund the original delivery cost and any reasonable costs incurred by you in returning the item/s to us. In all other circumstances, you will be solely responsible for these charges and any other service charges involved in your original order (I.e gift wrapping, postage and packing).
We reserve the rights to refuse a full refund and to offer a credit note instead.
