Oh! Zone will send your order using Royal Mail's Recorded Mail therefore a signature will be required. Please ensure you choose the correct address i.e. home, work.
If a parcel is returned to us by the Royal Mail due to the addressee failing to collect it, Oh! Zone will contact the purchaser to confirm a re-delivery. To cover our cost, we will charge £2.95 for this service or we will refund the cost of the ordered goods minus £2.95 (£6.95 if sent by Special Delivery) if the customer would rather not have the order resent.
